GO WITH THE STRENGTH YOU HAVE

Then the Lord turned to him and said "Go with the strength you have and rescue Israel from the Midianites. I am sending you!" Judges 6:14

God chose Gideon to lead a measly army of 300 men to fight against their enemies, the Midianites. There was nothing significant about Gideon. He was not an experienced army commander. He was a wheat-thresher! “What if the strength I have is not enough?" "What if I am not cut out for this?" " I wonder how many times those questions ran through Gideon's head. They've most definitely run through mine.

When God told Gideon to go with the strength he had, he wasn't telling Gideon to rely on his own strength, God was implying that HIS strength would be infused into Gideon's; and that through God's power, Gideon's strength would be enough.

On your own, you are not enough. But look up, plug in, and go with the strength you have. Because with God's power working through you, the strength you have will be multiplied; and it will be enough.

"With Your help I can advance against a troop; with my God I can scale a wall." Psalm 18:29
