Backpack Block Party 2024
Over the last 10 years, Linola Spann has blessed children in our community with the gift of a brand-new backpack. Central Christian Church is partnering with her again this year for her Backpack Giveaway on Saturday, August 10 at Mrs. Spann's home at 1905 Lamar Ave in Mt. Vernon! Children and students will have the option to drive thru the pick up line or walk up to receive a backpack.
You can bless children and families in our community by participating in this outreach event! Simply purchase a new backpack and drop it off in the Lobby at Central Christian Church - Mt. Vernon Campus on or before August 4.
