Ticket Information
Tickets for Christmas at Central are FREE of charge and REQUIRED to enter the event. We recommend that you begin planning your ticket purchase with your family now by deciding which service you will attend and how many people will be joining you. We ask that you please only secure the exact amount of tickets that you will use.
Reserving tickets
Tickets can be reserved at centralnow.com/christmas beginning Monday, December 1 at 6 AM. We anticipate tickets will sell out quickly, so we recommend securing your tickets as soon as possible. As a reminder, the ticket you purchase will represent the seat in which you will sit at the event.
Children
Children two years old and younger do not need a ticket to enter but will be expected to sit on your lap. If you would like your child to have their own seat, they will need a ticket.
Groups
Groups of 7 of more should contact our team by texting us at (618) 777-5098 to reserve tickets for your group.
Handicapped Seating
Those in need of handicapped seating should contact our team by texting us at (618) 777-5098 to reserve tickets.
Unused Tickets
We anticipate these services to sell out quickly. Please help us by returning any unused tickets promptly. If you have tickets but do not need them, or secured extra tickets for multiple services that you don’t plan to use, please contact our team to release those tickets back to the public before the day of service.
