Special Needs Prom Volunteers,

THANK YOU for your willingness to serve at this event on October 15. We are so excited for this fun-filled night, and we hope you are too! Here are a few details you will need to know before arriving that evening:

ARRIVAL TIME, PARKING & REGISTRATION:

• Arrive at 5PM.
• Park at the Ministry Building or in the back of the southwest parking lot (big parking lot across the street from the Ministry Building)
• Enter through Door 3 to register and receive your name tag.
• Volunteers will report to their assigned areas. View the Prom Map below to find your serving location.
• HOSTS ONLY - go straight to the worship center for a host training. This will give you all the important information you will need for the evening. Don’t miss it!

DRESS CODE:
We ask that everyone dresses in prom attire. Dress, Dress shirt, dress pants, etc.
