Who's First in Your Life?

The first two commandments are a challenge to examine what, or who, holds the highest place in our lives. Often those things that compete with God aren’t necessarily bad, they’re good things that have been placed in the wrong position. Our priorities always reveal what we truly worship.

When God is first, everything else can fall into its proper place. Our relationships, ambitions, possessions, careers, and desires can all be good things when they are ordered around the One who matters most.
