What Does it Mean to Honor Others?

What does it mean to honor others? Too often, we let our thoughts about someone’s actions become a war against the person themselves. Jesus shows us that honor begins with the heart: anger, contempt, and hatred can become the root of dishonor long before it ever becomes an outward action. That’s why we’re called to guard our hearts, pursue peace, and seek reconciliation. And when we do fail, our worst decisions are never beyond the reach of Jesus, the blood of Christ covers our sin and offers forgiveness, grace, and restoration.
